Vireo Advisors, with support from the U.S. Endowment for Forestry and Communities' Public-Private Partnership known as P3Nano, has developed Safety Data Sheet (SDS) templates for cellulose nanocrystals (CNC), cellulose nanofibrils (CNF), and TEMPO Cellulose Nanofibrils. These SDS templates are populated with the latest information for the 16 categories of HSE information required by the Globally Harmonized Standard (GHS). These templates can be used by manufacturers to develop their own SDS tailored to their material.

Note: These templates are intended to serve as guiding documents in the development of SDS for manufacturers and users of cellulose nanomaterials. SDS are generally developed by qualified HSE personnel who understand the classification and labelling requirements of the GHS and need to be tailored to a manufacturer’s material. The templates are not legally binding documents.
